Apologies for my slackness with the results folks, I've somehow allowed work to get in the way of the important things in life, very much unlike me, but every now and again, usually around this time of year it happens, but don't fear, we're back on track now, so here we go with a very brief roundup:-
Matchweek 14's midweek fixture list was certainly more predictable than the weekend (more on that later), with wins for Man City, Chelsea, Villa & Arsenal (sorry Man U fans, but we're no longer in the 1990's).
Hero of the aforementioned Red Devils glory days, be it in the early 2000's RVN, got his Foxes off to a winning start against The Hammers, meanwhile Championship League destined Wolves got drubbed 4-0 by Everton and almost as disappointing for the only other supporters I feel more sorry for than my fellow Wolves fans, those poor Spurs fans, was their 1-0 defeat to The Cherries.
Elsewhere, impressive Fulham notched up another win against The Seagulls, Palace beat the poor Tractor Boys of Ipswich and in a 6 goal thriller, Liverpool finally dropped a couple of points in their 3-3 draw against unpredictable Newcastle.
With so much 'predictability'............yeah right !! It was a fairly high scoring week for our comp, pats on the back for those x10 of you that bagged 6, but this week, we have no less than x4 champione's, so please take a bow Messrs Bell, Shortal (Snr), Taylor and Leggett as you are indeed this weeks bloody legends.........nice one fellas !!
