Matchweek 30 - Results 

Good evening amigo's,

It seems like a while since I've put results out, so let's get into it, starting with the midweek matchweek, otherwise known as 30, when, for a moment there, Wolves guaranteed safety became a little less guaranteed, as even though we scraped a 1-0 win against Worst Ham, those pesky Tractor Boys picked up a surprise win, trampling over The Cherries 2-1, annoyingly grabbing themselves 3 bloody points in the process and closing that gap.  Fortunately, the stars have re-aligned since, but more on that later !!

Unlike Ipswich who still have the faintest glimmer of hope, even though Sunderland managed a 1-1 draw against Palace, their Premier League days are now numbered and as for The Foxes, their 2-1 loss to Man City also see's them facing almost certain relegation, although not yet mathematically so.

In the Bin Dipper Derby, Liverpool bagged themselves another 3 points courtesy of their 1-0 victory against The Toffee's, but the relentless Gunners kept the pressure on in 2nd place as they beat posh neighbours Fulham 2-1.

Chelsea took the spoils and the resulting 3 points in the North London derby, beating Spuds 1-0, a single goal also for Notts Forest was enough for them in their 1-0 win against Man U and even though The Bees managed to hit the back of the onion bag, it wasn't enough for them, as they went down 2-1 to FA Cup champs Newcastle United.

And finally, all conquering Aston Villa (yeah right....) continued their vein of form, tonking The Seagulls 3-0 in their own back yard.
